Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking an Analyst to join the Firm Strategy and Execution (FSE) team to support the execution of M&A transactions and strategic initiatives across the Firm. You will conduct research, perform analytics, prepare presentations for senior management, and contribute to deal execution across divisions.

You will gain exposure to senior leadership, learn the Firm’s businesses, and develop a strong understanding of Morgan Stanley’s culture.

Qualifications

• MBA / CA / Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, strategy consulting, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Support assessment of market trends and competitive landscapes.
• Analyze growth opportunities across divisions and product entry.
• Assist acquisitions, divestitures, valuation, due diligence, and integration.
• Prepare presentations for senior management and deal teams.
• Maintain and update databases used by senior management.
• Collaborate with global teams across divisions.
