Job summary

Hexagon Autonomous Solutions is seeking an Analyst, Strategy, M&A and ESG to support divisional initiatives, M&A activity, portfolio prioritization, and ESG reporting. You will synthesize complex data and prepare executive-ready materials and dashboards for decision making.

You will collaborate with Strategy, M&A, R&D, Finance, and sustainability stakeholders and report to the VP, Strategy and M&A. This role can be based remotely within the USA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, Sustainability, or a related field.
• 3+ years of strategy, corporate development, investment banking, consulting, finance, or ESG analytics.
• Advanced financial modeling and strong written communication required.

Responsibilities

• Support division strategy development and reporting with analysis and synthesis.
• Coordinate inputs for the biannual Medium-Term Financial Planning process.
• Develop executive-ready presentations, dashboards, and briefing materials.
• Track market, technology, and competitive developments across autonomous solutions.
• Support M&A pipeline, due diligence, and integration tracking.
