Grainger is hiring a Senior Manager, Corporate Strategy to shape the company’s long-term roadmap and identify critical trends. The role collaborates with the Director and VP of Corporate Strategy, Analytics and the GLT, and leads a small high-performing team.

This hybrid position is onsite in Lake Forest 2-3 days a week, reporting to the Director/VP and partnering across functions to drive strategic initiatives and growth.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
• 7+ years consulting experience from a strategy firm across multiple industries.
• Experience with competitive analysis, strategic synthesis, and executive-level storytelling.
• Analytical and financial skills; Excel proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Drive cross-functional strategy initiatives across corporate and business units.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership with clear communication.
• Support the aligned executive team in internal/external discussions and presentations.
• Lead a team of strategy managers and analysts with strong analytical rigor and storytelling.
