Grainger, a leading broad line distributor, seeks a Senior Consultant, Executive Compensation to help analyze and administer Grainger's executive compensation programs. This role provides analytical and operational support across annual and off-cycle initiatives, with exposure to senior leadership and the Compensation Committee.

Based in Lake Forest or Chicago, this hybrid position requires 3+ years in executive compensation and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and offers a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of experience in executive compensation, total rewards or finance.
• Public company experience in executive compensation programs preferred.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to support executive compensation program designs.
• Support administration of annual and long-term incentive programs, including planning and modeling.
• Manage incentive program resources, communications, and timelines.
• Coordinate LTIP approvals, documentation, data validation, and grant summaries.
