Job summary

Coda Search│Staffing is seeking an Associate for its U.S. Wealth Team within the Business Development Strategy & Analytics group in Greenwich, CT. The role blends strategy, analytics, and execution to support senior leadership in driving growth of the US Wealth business.

You will work directly with senior leadership on high-priority initiatives, build models to inform decisions, and assess new opportunities while partnering with sales and other functions to ensure alignment and action.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and exceptional academic performance.
• 3–5 years of experience in top-tier management consulting (MBB or equivalent; experience in Financial Institutions or Wealth & Asset Management practices is highly desirable).
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills are desirable for driving growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive key business priorities and growth initiatives with U.S. Wealth leadership.
• Build analytical models, including demand, pipeline, and financial models, to support decision-making.
• Evaluate new business opportunities, including potential corporate investments and partnerships.
• Analyze business performance and develop KPIs to track progress against goals.
• Identify issues, trade-offs, and areas that need leadership attention.
• Work across teams to keep initiatives moving and ensure follow-through.

Development group in a Business Development Strategy & Analytics Associate role.

Role Overview

As a member of the U.S. Wealth Business Development Strategy & Analytics team, you will work

directly with senior leadership on the key priorities driving the growth of their US Wealth
