Pearson is seeking a Corporate Strategy Manager/Senior Corporate Strategy to lead complex, end-to-end strategic workstreams. You will build financial models, perform market sizing, and prepare executive‑level materials for senior leadership.

Remote in the US, with collaboration across product, commercial, finance, and corporate development. 2–5 years in strategy roles preferred; MBA welcomed but not required.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2–5 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, business development, or related field.
• Ability to independently execute complex analyses and deliver structured, insight‑driven recommendations.
• Strong financial modelling and business case development skills across ambiguous problem spaces.
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication; proficient with PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams under time pressure with rigour.
• Structured problem‑solving skills and ability to apply analytical frameworks.
• Collaborative team player who can work across functions and levels.
• Commercially minded with ability to translate drivers into strategic implications.
• Intellectually curious with interest in education, technology, or related sectors.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of complex strategic workstreams and mid-size projects end-to-end.
• Utilise market research, competitive assessments, and market sizing to inform strategic choices.
• Build financial models and business cases evaluating options and KPIs.
• Produce executive‑ready materials tailored to internal stakeholders.
• Partner with product, commercial, finance, and corporate development to support cross‑functional initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs and contribute to Group Strategy planning processes.
• Mentor colleagues by sharing analytical methods and communication best practices.
