Qualifications

• Three (3) of experience in strategy, consulting, healthcare operations, digital health, or related field.
• Advanced analytical capabilities with Excel and PowerPoint; translate complex data into insights.
• Experience with digital/health technology solutions (e.g., clinical decision support, analytics platforms).
• Experience with healthcare investing and asset due diligence a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work with external partners and vendors.
• Structured problem solver with ability to break down ambiguous problems.
• Executive-ready communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with frontline, operational, digital/IT, and exec stakeholders.
• High initiative, ownership, and learning agility.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute strategic initiatives across clinical, operational, quality, and digital domains aligned to enterprise priorities.
• Analyze clinical, operational, financial, and digital performance data to identify insights, quantify opportunities, and inform recommendations.
• Partner cross-functionally with clinical, operational, quality, and digital/IT teams to define requirements, validate insights, and drive alignment.
• Evaluate, select, and work with external partners (e.g., vendors, startups, consultants), including supporting build vs. buy decisions, managing engagements, and ensuring delivery against objectives.
• Support implementation of digital and operational solutions, including workflow design, pilot execution, performance tracking, and scaling.
• Translate strategy into execution, defining KPIs, tracking progress, and ensuring accountability for results.
• Identify and advance opportunities to improve care delivery, operational efficiency, quality outcomes, and digital enablement.
• Ensures safe care to patients, staff and visitors; adheres to all Memorial Hermann policies, procedures, and standards within budgetary specifications including time management, supply management, productivity and quality of service.
• Promotes individual professional growth and development by meeting requirements for mandatory/continuing education and skills competency; supports department-based goals which contribute to the success of the organization; serves as preceptor, mentor and resource to less experienced staff.
