• Shape UKG's enterprise strategy and multi-year agenda across market, product, and financial perspectives.
• Serve as trusted advisor to the Executive Committee and functional leaders with structured problem solving.
• Sponsor and lead cross-functional strategy engagements across market entry, product strategy, and operating models.
• Identify and activate opportunities to accelerate growth, improve margins, and strengthen enterprise value.
• Set analytical approaches including market sizing, scenarios, and business cases for complex questions.
