Fairygodboss is seeking a Sr. Manager – Strategy to partner closely with executives in defining and executing business strategy. The role includes managing strategy processes, developing presentations for executive decision-making, and conducting competitive research.

The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in strategy roles and strong communication and analytical skills. A bachelor's degree is required, with preference for an MBA.

This role is based in Florham Park, New Jersey, and includes travel of approximately 10%.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in relevant strategy roles.
• Proven experience building a business case.
• Experience communicating with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Run assigned initiatives or projects including building a business plan.
• Manage strategy processes including program managing the annual strategy planning cycle.
• Develop compelling PowerPoint presentations that articulate strategic options.

Skills

8+ years of experience in relevant strategy roles

Strong content creation and business storytelling

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills

Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

MBA or master’s degree is a plus
