Job summary

Fello seeks a Manager of Strategy to partner with the Vice President of Strategy, drive strategic priorities, and manage key initiatives across the organization. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision making, and advancing growth while maintaining executive-level confidentiality.

The ideal candidate will bring a bachelor’s in business management with five+ years in strategy or change management; a master’s degree and/or PMP are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management required.
• At least five years of professional experience in strategic planning, project management, or facilitating organizational change.
• Master’s degree and/or PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support executive leadership with strategic priorities and oversee project management of strategic initiatives and growth.
• Partner with functions across the organization to drive cross-functional, high-impact projects.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership and handle confidential information; participate in Leadership Council.
