HP Inc. in Palo Alto is seeking a Strategy Intern to support the Strategy & Planning team on high-priority initiatives across market, competitive, portfolio, and growth strategy.

You will structure complex business problems, analyze data, and develop business cases and actionable recommendations. The role collaborates with cross-functional leaders to translate insights into executive-level actions and presentations.

Qualifications

• MBA student currently enrolled full-time at an accredited university.
• No more than 24 months of professional experience related to the intern requisition.
• Must be able to obtain US work authorization in 2027 and not require sponsorship in the future.

This opportunity is intended for conversion to a full-time role that will not offer work authorization sponsorship in the future (full-time conversion pending performance evaluation post internship and available headcount). Job Description
The Strategy Intern will support HP’s Strategy & Planning team on high-priority initiatives involving market, competitive, portfolio, and growth strategy. The intern will structure complex business problems, analyze data, and develop business cases and actionable recommendations.

The role will collaborate with cross-functional leaders to translate strategic insights into clear executive-level actions and presentations.

Education

• Currently pursuing an MBA
• Must be enrolled full time at an accredited university.
• Has no more than 24 months of prior work experience professionally related to the intern requisition they are applying to (not including internships, teaching assistance, research work, or military experience)
• Able to obtain work authorization in the United States in 2027, and not require sponsorship in the future.

The pay range for this position is $28 to $32 per hour (applies to US candidates only).Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
