Job summary
ELLKAY seeks an ePMO Strategy & Intelligence Analyst to translate enterprise strategy into measurable goals and initiatives. You will join a cross-functional team, defining operational objectives, KPIs, and execution plans, while evaluating performance against strategic priorities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required or 7-10 years related experience.
- 5+ years of experience in strategic analysis, business intelligence, enterprise planning, project/program management, PMO/ePMO, analytics, or related enterprise functions.
- Demonstrated experience translating strategic priorities into measurable operational objectives or initiatives.
- Experience independently leading enterprise-level or cross-functional programs.
- Experience analyzing project, financial, operational, and performance data to support executive decisions.
- Experience developing strategic KPIs, executive dashboards, scorecards, or performance reporting.
- Experience presenting complex findings and recommendations to senior or executive leadership.
- Advanced Asana experience is strongly preferred.
- PMP, PMI-PBA, Power BI, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certification preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Business Analytics, Strategy, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

- Recommend priorities and actions based on enterprise value, risk, financial impact, and strategic alignment.
- Maintain an enterprise-wide perspective across business lines and functions.
- Analyze portfolio, operational, financial, and performance data to identify trends and support decision-making.
- Develop data models, SQL queries, dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting.
- Perform trend, variance, gap, impact, and scenario analysis.
- Connect operational performance to strategic goals and business outcomes.
- Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership.
- Partner with leaders to define operational goals, milestones, and execution plans.
- Independently lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through implementation and outcome validation.
- Coordinate stakeholders, dependencies, risks, and decisions across multiple business areas.
- Maintain initiative momentum and accountability with limited day-to-day oversight.
- Identify barriers early and elevate when executive direction or prioritization is required.
- Define how strategic goals connect across work-management framework.
- Use Asana and other enterprise data sources to evaluate alignment between priorities and initiatives.
- Identify gaps in enterprise visibility that limit leadership’s ability to measure progress.
- Establish business and analytical requirements to improve planning, portfolio visibility, and performance.

The ePMO Strategy & Intelligence Analyst supports the translation of enterprise strategy into measurable operational goals, performance insights, and cross-functional initiatives across Delivery. This role works at an enterprise level, partnering with leadership to understand strategic priorities, define the operational objectives required to support those priorities, and evaluate whether projects, programs, resources, and performance are aligned with the organization’s long-term direction. The analyst combines strategic planning, business intelligence, project management knowledge, and executive communication to connect organizational vision with measurable execution. This individual independently leads complex initiatives, analyzes enterprise performance, identifies risks and gaps, and provides clear recommendations that support informed decision-making.
