Strategy Insights and Planning Associate Consultant - Key Account Management
Our Strategy Insights and Planning teams partner with clients to design and deliver solutions to help them tackle a broad range of business challenges. They work on multiple projects simultaneously, leveraging advanced data analytics and problem-solving techniques. Our recommendations are based on rigorous research and analysis, supported by deep expertise and thought leadership.
The business-to-business engagement team focuses on helping clients build and improve their B2B selling capabilities. They develop cross-functional business strategies to enable clients to partner with key customers, supporting projects from strategy to execution, including developing business cases, selecting accounts, designing planning approaches, hiring and training account managers, and aligning KPIs. As client purchasing behaviors evolve, we help clients adapt their engagement strategies.
