Job summary

VITAS Healthcare Corporation seeks a Strategy & Innovation Analyst to support strategic initiatives across the organization, collaborating with executive, operational, and sales leadership to inform decision-making through data collection and analytical reporting.

You will analyze data, develop insights, and help improve forecasting, budgeting, and planning using Excel, Power BI, SQL and Power Platform, while navigating a fast-changing environment and contributing to cross-functional roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Two to three years’ business and/or data analysis experience.
• Experience with analytical tools such as Power BI, SQL, R, Data Verse, Power Platform.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and written skills.
• Experience of working with large datasets.
• Competency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Must possess the ability to work on various assignments simultaneously.
• Must possess strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Must possess project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain reports for stakeholders using Excel, Power BI, SQL, and Power Platform.
• Manage governance processes around key operations metrics.
• Manipulate complex internal/external data to uncover actionable insights and present clearly.
• Build relationships across the organization and maintain knowledge of VITAS systems/processes.
• Support implementation of new clinical technology platforms across departments.
• Contribute to project roadmaps and collaborate across stakeholders to move projects forward.
• Operate in a fast-changing environment with ambiguity and perform ad-hoc analyses.
• Apply continuous improvement to improve demand planning, efficiency, and forecast accuracy.
• Gather and analyze data from all sources to improve forecast accuracy.
