VITAS Healthcare Corporation seeks a Strategy & Innovation Analyst to support strategic initiatives across the organization, collaborating with executive, operational, and sales leadership to inform decision-making through data collection and analytical reporting.
You will analyze data, develop insights, and help improve forecasting, budgeting, and planning using Excel, Power BI, SQL and Power Platform, while navigating a fast-changing environment and contributing to cross-functional roadmaps.
The Strategy & Innovation Analyst that will be responsible for assisting with the execution of strategic initiatives across all departments of the organization and ensure the completion of data collection, analytical reporting, market analysis, planning, budgeting and forecasting. This is a high visibility position where you will work closely with executive, operational, and sales leadership and help inform decision-making.
They will be responsible for critically analyzing data and reporting key insights and trends, using statistical rigor to simplify and inform the larger organizations of relevant data. This is an environment where self-starters who are able to manage themselves and can quickly adapt and learn new skills, information quickly will thrive.

Education
Bachelor’s in business administration or related field (economics, mathematics, statistics, finance) from an accredited college or university or the international equivalent required. Advanced degrees (MHA, MBA) or certifications are preferred.
