Lumicity is seeking an Associate/Manager to join its Strategy & Business Development team in the Northeast USA. The role offers hybrid/remote flexibility and exposure to senior leadership on major strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, investing, corporate strategy or corporate development, with strong financial modeling, valuation and Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of relevant experience in strategy, finance or corporate development
• Strong financial modeling, valuation and financial statement analysis skills
• Public company or capital markets experience highly preferred
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience supporting significant strategic or financial activity
• Energy, power, infrastructure, industrials or technology exposure is a plus
