Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager in Kentucky to translate strategic priorities into executable plans and lead cross-functional teams. You will align stakeholders, identify risks, and drive multi-project delivery from initiation to completion, while maintaining governance and team rhythms.

You will own financials, forecast hours, invoicing, and GM, and leverage AI tools to boost efficiency and visibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project or program management experience.
• Experience in consulting or cross-functional environments preferred.
• Strong financial management experience (budgeting, forecasting, GM%).
• Experience leading large, complex projects (20+ team members).
