Job summary

Amazon in Seattle is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Compute AI Services programs, partnering with engineering, product, and science teams to translate customer pain points into prioritized roadmaps. You will own strategy, drive alignment across organizations, and build scalable processes to accelerate delivery at AI scale.

You will guide multi-team roadmaps, manage risks, and communicate trade-offs to senior leaders while developing a high-performing program management team within the Compute

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
• 4+ years of managing teams experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and end-to-end delivery of cross-cutting programs across engineering, product, and science teams.
• Build long-term roadmaps to improve delivery speed, quality, and operational excellence.
• Identify trends and influence prioritization for high-impact work.
• Drive resource and scope trade-offs with alignment and buy-in from key stakeholders.
