Job summary

AtlasAdvancement, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Development Associate to support acquisition strategy and growth initiatives. Reporting to the CEO/CFO, you will help identify, evaluate, and integrate acquisitions while backing strategic initiatives.

This role is ideal for an investment banking or corporate development professional with 3–5 years of experience who is looking to move into a high-impact, in-house role within a growing public aerospace and defense company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Investment Banking or Corporate Development.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Experience supporting live M&A transactions.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support all phases of the M&A lifecycle including sourcing, valuation, due diligence, execution, and integration.
• Build financial models, valuation analyses, and investment recommendations.
• Conduct market research and identify acquisition opportunities.
• Coordinate due diligence with internal teams and outside advisors.
• Prepare Board materials and executive presentations.
• Support post-acquisition integration and synergy tracking.
• Evaluate strategic growth opportunities and capital allocation initiatives.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Operations, Engineering, and Business Development.
