Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support firmwide strategic initiatives including acquisitions, investments and partnerships.
• Conduct financial modeling, valuation analysis, and transaction structuring.
• Prepare investment memos and presentation materials for governance processes.
• Collaborate with finance, treasury and legal teams throughout transaction lifecycle.
