Responsibilities

• Support evaluation, diligence, negotiation, and execution of strategic transactions with insurers.
• Underwrite equity investments and analyze origination volumes, asset quality, and funding structures.
• Assist in acquisition, structuring of asset portfolios, and tailored investment solutions.
• Build transaction models, insurer capital analyses, and rating agency frameworks.
• Prepare memos, board materials, and client presentations.
