Job summary

MGT (formerly Cicero) invites graduate students to join its Summer Associate Internship program in Salt Lake City, UT and Washington, DC. You’ll work on real client projects on small teams, gaining exposure to senior leaders and mentors who guide your development throughout the 10–12 week period.

You will also coordinate with project teams, demonstrate problem-solving skills, and present outcomes to leadership at the end of the program.

Qualifications

• Student in an advanced graduate degree program (MBA, PhD, MPA, etc.).
• Exceptional academic record and GPA.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to think independently and collaborate with teams.
• Effectively communicate complex ideas, verbally and in writing.
• Exceptional organization and ability to multi-task.
• Demonstrated ambition and leadership in academic or professional settings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on small teams with real clients on strategic challenges.
• Assist in managing Business Analysts and add value to projects.
• Engage with mentors and participate in planned development activities.
• Present project outcomes and learn from senior leadership during the internship.
