Job summary

Bain & Company is offering an Associate Consultant Internship in Atlanta and other major U.S. cities.

The program provides weeks of intensive training and hands-on case experience with a Bain case team, preparing high-potential students for full-time roles after graduation. During the internship you’ll work on active cases, interview multiple stakeholders, gather and interpret data, and develop strategic recommendations for clients.

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s program with a solid academic record.

Responsibilities

• After training, be assigned to an active case with a Bain case team.
• Work on a case team of three to five consultants and take ownership of a project component.
• Interview clients’ customers, competitors, suppliers and employers to inform recommendations.
• Identify information sources, collect data, and perform analyses to generate insights.
• Present findings to case team members and client stakeholders.
