Job summary

Highmark Inc. seeks a senior leader to support the Risk Adjustment Accuracy Management (RAAM) program, driving analytics, scenario planning, and market analysis to inform strategic decisions. You will develop technical content and recommendations for senior leadership.

The role can be hybrid or remote. If you live within 50 miles of an office, you are required to be onsite 3 days a week (T, W, TH).

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Healthcare, Economics or related degree.
• 2 years of post-grad experience with strategy/management consulting firms or internal strategy groups of healthcare companies.
• 6 years of related experience in Business or Healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Identify key business issues with owners; apply analytical frameworks; develop solutions and recommendations; present findings to stakeholders.
• Lead delivery of evolving risk adjustment initiatives aligned with RAAM's strategic plan.
• Manage major strategy projects with internal or external resources.
