Highmark Inc. is seeking a Senior Strategy Leader to support the Risk Adjustment Accuracy Management (RAAM) program. You will lead analytical work, design studies, forecast market trends, and develop formal recommendations for senior leaders.

The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on project delivery and cross-team collaboration. Responsibilities include guiding complex RAAM initiatives, mentoring team members, and creating actionable content for go-to-market and operational strategies.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Business, Healthcare, Economics or related field.
• 2+ years of post-grad experience with strategy/management consulting firms or internal strategy groups in healthcare.
• 6+ years of related experience in Business or Healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Identify key business issues with owners, apply analytical frameworks, develop solutions and recommendations, and present findings to stakeholders.
• Lead delivery of evolving risk adjustment initiatives and projects aligned with RAAM's strategic plan.
• Manage major strategy projects with internal or external strategy resources and provide supervisory guidance as needed.
• Serve as SME to Strategic Operations on risk adjustment programs for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and ACA lines of business.
• Develop analytical frameworks, approaches and best practices to analyze strategy issues.
