Job summary

Apogee Global RMS seeks a dual-role professional to perform Associate Strategy Consultant work and program management for a 12-week engagement in Phoenix. The role combines research, analysis, drafting, and scheduling to keep milestones on track under the Engagement Lead.

You'll carry defined pieces end-to-end with guidance and review at each milestone, and manage the schedule, milestones, and coordination across four phases: Discover, Diagnose, Design, Deliver.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2–4 years (or equivalent) in strategy, management consulting, or similar analytical role.
• Strong research, quantitative analysis, and business-writing skills.
• Demonstrated project or program coordination with scheduling and milestones.
• Proficient with spreadsheets, slides, and documents; able to produce first drafts with light direction.
• Availability 15–20 hours per week for 12 weeks; ability to travel to Phoenix twice.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & analysis (Associate Strategy Consultant): support stakeholder interviews in Week 1 Phoenix onsite; synthesize findings.
• Design, administer, and analyze stakeholder/market survey.
• Conduct secondary market and competitive research; build current-state baseline.
• Contribute to three-region assessment and organizational-structure review.
• Draft findings and sections of the strategy document for Lead's review.
• Prepare board-ready materials for the executive outbrief.
