Job summary

Apogee Global RMS seeks an experienced Workforce Readiness & Enablement Lead to support workforce modeling, organizational readiness, user adoption, training, and knowledge transfer for a federal simulation and analytics solution.

The role translates workforce insights into simulation requirements, develops dashboards and decision-support tools, and leads comprehensive training for executives, planners, analysts, system administrators, and technical teams to ensure adoption and long-term

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field as listed.
• Experience designing and delivering training for professional, technical or government audiences.
• Ability to translate complex processes into learning materials.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce readiness and enablement activities for a federal simulation and analytics solution.
• Translate workforce data into simulation requirements and analytical outputs.
• Develop training strategies and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced materials.
• Create user guides, runbooks, and job aids; deliver sessions to diverse audiences.
• Support user adoption, stakeholder readiness, and transition planning.
