Job summary

Apogee Global RMS seeks a Senior Operational Readiness & Requirements Lead to drive discovery, validation, and scenario development for a federal readiness simulation. You will translate operational needs into actionable models, coordinate with federal stakeholders, and guide V&V for simulation results.

You will manage assumptions, policy considerations, and decision points while leading workshops and documenting RTMs, workflows, and OS readiness criteria.

Qualifications

• Must have bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 7 years in requirements analysis, business process analysis, or scenario development.
• Experience facilitating stakeholder interviews and workshops.
• Experience documenting complex workflows, rules, and decision processes.
• Experience validating analytical models or operational processes.
• Strong analytical, writing, facilitation, and stakeholder skills.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust suitability if required.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews.
• Document and validate functional and operational requirements.
• Develop process maps, workflows, use cases, and decision logic.
• Identify entities, events, constraints, and decision points in operations.
• Document assumptions, data limits, risks, and unresolved decisions.
• Create and maintain operational scenarios and validation criteria.
• Support V&V activities for simulation models and outputs.
• Assist with demonstrations, user acceptance, and after-action reviews.
• Maintain requirements docs, assumptions logs, and decision records.
• Contribute to user guides and training materials.
