Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced consultants to join our network to help train a leading AI language model on professional presentation tasks. You will craft, evaluate, and refine AI-generated decks for core workflows, focusing on storyline development, executive summaries, and slide architecture.

The role is remote with flexible hours (5-20 per week) and compensation at $100 per hour. Start date ASAP; candidates from McKinsey/BCG/Bain preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a consultant at a top strategy firm (e.g. McKinsey, BCG, or Bain).
• Deep expertise in structured communication, storylining, and slide craftsmanship.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows.
• Develop storyline, executive summaries, and slide structure for client-ready decks.
