Ethos is seeking experienced senior consultants to train and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks. You will create, evaluate, and refine outputs across storyline development, executive summaries, slide structuring, and data-driven exhibits.

This is a remote, flexible role requiring top-tier communication and attention to detail. Ideal candidates have 3+ years at McKinsey/BCG/Bain, deep expertise in structured storytelling, and expert-level PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a senior consultant at a top strategy firm (e.g. McKinsey, BCG, or Bain).
• Deep expertise in structured communication, storylining, and slide craftsmanship.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows.
• Develop storyline development, executive summaries, slide structuring and data-driven exhibits.
• Deliver client-ready decks and ensure high quality and consistency across outputs.
