Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced strategy consultants to help train an AI model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. The role targets individuals with 3+ years at top firms like McKinsey, BCG, or Bain, capable of building compelling storylines and polished decks for client-ready outputs.

Work is fully remote with flexible hours (5-20 hours per week, or more). Compensation is $100 per hour, start ASAP, and participation is on a project basis according to client needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a strategy consultant at a top strategy firm (e.g. McKinsey, BCG, or Bain).
• Deep expertise in structured communication, storylining, and slide craftsmanship.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: storyline development, executive summary writing, slide structuring, horizontal and vertical logic, data-driven exhibit design, and client-ready deck production.
