Our client is one of the global Tier 1 Global Strategy Consultancies looking for both equity Partner and Associate Partner level candidates who currently work for a leading strategy consulting firm in the IT/Software/Technology/Hi-Tech Services Industry sector. This often falls into a larger sector group referred to TMT or CMT.

The work my client do is typically 80% with US based mid to large-cap Private Equity (PE) clients across their portfolio and the other 20% is with Fortune 1000 companies in the Technology and Software industry.

The US Technology Sector is booming and we seek the brightest consultants in the US with a deep understanding of this vertical across System Software, Utility Software, Application Software, SaaS, Internet, Hi-Tech and technology Service Providers.

The type of work my client advise firms in this sector tend to be in Software Strategy, Target Acquisition, Growth Strategy, Buy and Sell-Side Commercial Due Diligence (CDD), Value Creation, Target Operating Models and M&A Transaction advisory services.
