Job summary

Schaeffler Technologies AG & Co. KG in Fort Mill, SC, is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to manage delivery planning and capacity analysis for production support. This role analyzes demand, creates prioritization guidelines, and coordinates with master planning to improve overall efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or similar
  • Solid experience or strong understanding of material management, planning, or supply chain operations
  • Good analytical skills and the ability to evaluate planning scenarios and capacity impacts
  • Confident handling of planning-related tools and calculations; experience with demand-capacity checks is an advantage
  • Structured, proactive, and cooperative working style with strong problem-solving skills
  • External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship

  • Track scheduled deliveries and initiate appropriate measures whenever deviations occur.
