ON.energy is seeking an Analyst to own recurring Office of the CEO reporting and to support the Chief of Staff on strategic analysis. You will source, validate, and present monthly numbers to the CFO, COO, CTO and department heads, building steady command of the reporting rhythm and expanding into business cases and market analysis over time.
This role is ideal for someone 1–2 years out of an investment banking or consulting program who wants direct exposure to a fast-growing energy tech company
Competenze
- 1–2 years of analyst experience in IB, consulting, PE, or similar programs.
- Strong finance, economics, engineering or quantitative background.
- Excellent Excel/PowerPoint skills for building models and slides.
Mansioni
- Own monthly Board reporting cycles with data from Finance, Operations, Sales, People, Tax and Legal.
- Prepare the quarterly Board pack and reconcile inputs to sources.
- Maintain OKR tracking and support executive communications to investors.
- Conduct competitive intelligence on the medium-voltage UPS and data-center market.
- Assist Chief of Staff with strategic analysis and cross-functional projects.
