Job summary

L.E.K. Consulting seeks an undergraduate Associate to join starting August or October 2027. You will lead research, analyze data, generate insights, and help shape recommendations on client cases from day one.

Expect to work across multiple projects in a high-impact environment, with formal development, training, and a hybrid work model including in-office and remote days. Growth toward Consultant and beyond is a core part of the role.
