Job summary

Knorr-Bremse AG in Munich, Germany, is seeking a Strategy Analyst to contribute to Growth Beyond by analyzing strategic initiatives and preparing executive-ready materials. You will conduct market and trend analyses, support management decisions, and help manage work packages in a hybrid environment.

The role requires a Master or Diploma in business or engineering with 2–4 years in corporate strategy or consulting.

Qualifications

Master or Diploma in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field.
2–4 years in corporate strategy, strategy consulting or business development.
Strong knowledge of strategy methods including PESTEL, Porter, BCG, and scenario analysis.

Responsibilities

Analyze and elaborate Growth Beyond strategic initiatives.
Conduct market, competitor and trend analyses using strategy frameworks.
Prepare analyses, presentations, and background papers for management and executive briefings.
Manage defined work packages, milestones and deliverables.
Support project management, stakeholder coordination, risks and action follow-ups.
Collect and structure data for business cases and initial strategic assessments.
Contribute to AI transformation by exploring opportunities and AI use cases.
Prepare workshops and stakeholder interviews and maintain strategy templates.
