Position Summary

Incredible Health is seeking a high-impact Strategy & Marketplace Operations Lead to support the growth and optimization of our healthcare career marketplace powered by software and AI. You will work closely with the General Manager, Marketplace, and cross-functional teams to implement and scale initiatives that enhance marketplace performance and support expansion.

This role is highly collaborative, strategic, and execution-focused. You'll wear multiple hats: marketplace strategist, operator, and problem solver, ensuring an exceptional experience for healthcare professionals and health systems while driving growth and performance targets. This is a unique opportunity at the intersection of strategy, product, operations, and GTM in a mission-driven, venture-backed company transforming healthcare hiring.

This role is 100% remote and open to candidates in the following states:

Typical Responsibilities

  • Partner with the General Manager, Marketplace to define quarterly roadmaps and OKRs for marketplace growth and health.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, Client Success, Finance, and Operations teams to manage initiatives that improve user acquisition and conversion, working closely with executive leadership.
  • Analyze supply/demand and conversion metrics to identify optimization opportunities and lead data-informed experiments to enhance performance.
  • Support GTM execution and expansion into new geographic markets, including pre-launch planning, coordination, and post-launch tracking.
  • Provide strategic support to core talent-facing operations teams who engage daily with customers to facilitate job placements.
  • Partner with the Data team to develop reports and dashboards tracking marketplace trends and initiative impacts, translating insights into executive recommendations.

Success in Your First 6 Months Will Include:

  • Owning daily program management of a strategic growth initiative, including developing quarterly roadmaps and reporting progress to leadership.
  • Aligning on a quarterly marketplace roadmap with KPIs and goals.
  • Delivering 2–3 growth or efficiency improvements backed by data analysis and experimentation.
  • Owning capacity planning for talent-facing operations to ensure efficient, high-quality customer experiences.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in marketplace operations, strategy, business management, consulting, or a fast-paced startup; healthcare, staffing, or tech-enabled services experience is a plus.
  • Proven success managing a complex business unit or marketplace function.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in experimentation, A/B testing, KPIs, Excel/Google Sheets, and SQL.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
