Global TA Strategy & Operations Program Lead

The Talent Acquisition Strategy & Operations (S&O) team is transforming into a strategic partner, driving global recruiting efficiency and scalability. We focus on optimizing processes, implementing technology, and leveraging data to align talent acquisition with DoorDash's and Wolt's evolving business needs. Our mission is to empower recruiters with streamlined operations and data-driven insights, ensuring we attract and retain top talent globally.

About the Role

As a Global TA Strategy & Operations Program Lead, you will be instrumental in leading strategic initiatives that standardize and optimize global recruiting practices across diverse business verticals. In your first 90 days, you'll focus on understanding our current processes, building stakeholder relationships, and contributing to ongoing RPO implementation. Success in this role will be measured by improved process efficiency, successful project delivery, and enhanced recruiter productivity. This role offers the opportunity to drive significant impact by transforming our global talent acquisition strategy. You will report into the Senior Manager of Recruitment Strategy and Operations on our RecOps team in our People and Culture organization.

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…
  • Lead and manage strategic projects, driving process improvements and implementing global best practices across diverse business verticals.
  • Lead and manage the planning cycles for each business vertical you own.
  • Analyze recruiting data to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize recruiting technologies and streamline global processes (i.e. Talent Solutions, Finance, People Analytics).
  • Establish and maintain a robust rhythm of business, including developing and delivering regular reporting mechanisms such as Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs), Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to ensure consistent communication and strategic alignment.
  • Provide timely and insightful weekly 'weather reports' to senior leadership, offering a clear overview of the vertical's performance, highlighting key trends, and proactively addressing potential risks or opportunities.
  • Contribute to the implementation of our global RPO strategy, including vendor selection and program rollout.
  • Facilitate working sessions to identify process improvement opportunities.
We’re excited about you because…
  • You have a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in program management, ideally within talent acquisition or recruitment operations.
  • You possess a proven track record of driving process improvement and implementing strategic initiatives.
  • You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • You have experience with ATS, CRM, and other recruiting technologies, and a foundational understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
