The estimated salary range for this position is $132,000 - $148,000 annually, along with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in strategy, business analytics, operations analytics, consulting, finance, or a related analytical role.
• Experience building financial models, business cases, and executive dashboards.
• Strong understanding of KPI development, operational performance measurement, and business trend analysis.

Responsibilities

• Monitor marketplace, customer, supplier, and industry trends to identify emerging opportunities.
• Develop executive dashboards and business reviews for marketplace health.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to find growth opportunities and operational bottlenecks.
• Evaluate sourcing initiatives and quantify business impact.
• Present insights to senior leaders through clear, data-driven narratives.
