Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a data-driven strategy professional to translate consumer, category, and macro-trend data into decision-ready implications that strengthen the Wellbeing strategy. You will build the analytical backbone for category strategy, portfolio choices, and M&A theses.

You will mentor cross-functional teams, develop executive-ready materials, and pioneer insights using Circana, Stackline, Numerator, Euromonitor, and AI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or related discipline.
• 3–6 years in strategy, consulting, or related roles in consumer goods or high-growth categories.
• Structured problem solver with strong analytical and financial acumen.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Think-cell, and project management skills; proficiency with consumer data tools and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Translate data into decision-ready insights for the Wellbeing strategy across consumer, category, and macro trends.
• Build the analytical backbone for category strategy, portfolio choices, and M&A theses including market sizing, share/penetration, and growth drivers.
• Scale a growth intelligence capability by mapping data sources and defining metrics that matter; translate insights into actionable workstreams.
• Run structured problem solving on strategic initiatives and own workplans, analyses, and initial recommendations.
• Develop board- and C-suite-ready materials to support executive engagements.
