Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Analytics professional to own the end-to-end data analysis process, from querying and validation to delivering insights that drive product, growth and monetization decisions.

You will partner with cross‑functional leaders to forecast LTV, CAC, retention and overall business performance, analyze acquisition and user behavior, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of analytics experience with product, acquisition, growth or performance data.
• Advanced SQL proficiency and ability to handle large datasets.
• Strong forecasting, KPI development and data validation skills.
• Experience translating analytics into actionable business recommendations.
• Excellent communication with leadership and cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end data querying, validation, and analysis to uncover insights for product, growth, and monetization decisions.
• Partner with cross‑functional leaders to forecast LTV, CAC, retention, and performance.
• Analyze acquisition, user behavior, engagement, and monetization metrics to identify growth opportunities.
• Build scalable SQL queries and forecasting models to support performance tracking and planning.
• Audit data sources and improve reporting processes to ensure data accuracy.
• Translate complex findings into clear recommendations for technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Identify meaningful trends, surface risks, and provide proactive insights to shape performance.
• Mentor junior analysts and promote analytical thinking across the team.
