The North America Partnership Organization is responsible for building an ecosystem that expands Visa's market awareness, accelerates demand creation, and improves win rates through strategic influence channels.
The Sr. Manager, Consulting & Market Advisory Partnerships will develop and manage relationships with consulting firms, advisory organizations, and market influencers that shape issuer buying decisions, technology investments, and vendor selection processes.
This role is responsible for positioning Visa as a preferred partner within the consulting ecosystem, increasing referral opportunities, influencing RFP outcomes, and creating earlier engagement in client transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate combines business development, partner management, and consultative selling skills with the ability to engage industry advisors and influence strategic recommendations across the financial services marketplace.
Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
For roles located in the US, the estimated salary range for this position is $130,600 to $221,600 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). If you are located in Colorado, the estimated salary range for this position is $ to $ USD per year. Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
