Job Description
Senior Analyst, North America Digital Product Office plays a key role in driving digital wallet initiatives and bringing innovative digital payment solutions to market across the U.S. Supporting merchants, issuers, and partners, this role leads go-to-market strategy and commercialization efforts for consumer payment products and value-added services.
Responsibilities include developing localized product and go-to-market strategies, defining commercial constructs (pricing, contracting), and leading cross-functional initiatives to launch and scale solutions. The role also supports billing, reporting, and performance tracking to ensure operational excellence. You will collaborate across Global Product, Strategy, Partnerships, Pricing, and Legal, while engaging clients and ecosystem partners. Success requires strong execution, stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-evolving digital commerce landscape. We are seeking a strategic, data-driven professional passionate about scaling digital wallets and advancing innovation across the payments ecosystem.

For roles located in the US, the estimated salary range for this position is $124,300 to $233,700 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
