Job summary

Stagwell Global, LLC is seeking a Strategy Analyst to join its Investment & Strategy team, focusing on internal strategic consulting, long-range planning, and cross-network initiatives that support Stagwell's growth.

0–1 years of strategy consulting or related experience preferred. Immediate start. Compensation targets $85,000–$95,000 annually, plus medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k, parental leave, tuition reimbursement, and commuter benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related analytical field
• 0–1 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or a related role; strong academic performance and relevant coursework considered
• Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize data from multiple sources into clear insights
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
• Comfort working with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior stakeholders
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships across a decentralized network

Responsibilities

• Conduct market, competitive, and industry research to inform corporate strategy and long-range planning
• Develop industry and macro market landscape analyses, including key themes, economic indicators, and competitive dynamics relevant to the marketing and communications sector
• Build frameworks and analyses to evaluate growth opportunities, new business lines, and network-wide strategic initiatives
• Partner with agency and network leaders to translate high-level strategic priorities into actionable plans
• Prepare presentations and briefing materials for senior leadership and the board on strategic initiatives and performance
• Maintain and update internal databases and trend-tracking resources leveraged by senior leadership
• Support annual and long-range planning processes, including budget and resource allocation input
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Investment, Finance, and network leadership teams on special projects

Compensation

In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of total compensation for this role is $85,000–95,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
