The Analyst will be a key part of the Strategy team, providing critical analytical, research, and logistical support to the Vice President and Senior Manager of Strategy. This role works on the company’s highest-priority initiatives, including annual strategic planning, competitive analysis, M&As, and business performance deep‑dives. The Analyst will be responsible for building complex financial models, conducting market research, and creating compelling presentations for the executive leadership team. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to the firm’s global operations and influence its long‑term direction.
The salary range for this position is $78,000 to $90,000 USD, subject to factors such as education, experience, and skills. Compensation is based on several factors including but not limited to your qualifications. In addition to your salary, Heidrick & Struggles offers discretionary bonuses (subject to eligibility) and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, disability leave, parental leave, paid time off, and 401(k) contributions. Note: the compensation structure is location‑based; a different range may apply for candidates in other locations.
