Leadenhall Search & Selection, a leading global boutique strategy consultancy in the TMT sectors, is seeking an Analyst in Boston. You will work in agile consulting teams, supporting high-impact strategy projects for leading TMT companies and investors.

You will combine quantitative analysis, market research and commercial problem-solving to develop actionable insights and strategic recommendations, gaining early client exposure and ownership of project workstreams.

Qualificações

• 1-2 years of experience in consulting, ideally within TMT or strategy consulting.
• Experience or exposure to CDD, Go-To-Market Strategy, M&A or Growth Strategy.
• Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills, with advanced Excel proficiency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present clear, data-driven insights.

Leadenhall Search are working with a leading global boutique strategy consultancy specialising exclusively in the Telecommunications, Media and Technology (TMT) sectors. The firm advises leading companies and investors on high-impact strategic decisions, helping clients navigate complex markets, identify growth opportunities and drive performance across converging industries.

The role

As an Analyst, you will work within agile, collaborative consulting teams, supporting high-impact strategy projects for leading TMT companies and investors. You will combine quantitative analysis, market research and commercial problem-solving to develop actionable insights and strategic recommendations, gaining early client exposure and ownership of project workstreams.

Requirements

• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in consulting, ideally within TMT or strategy consulting.
• Project Experience: Experience or exposure to Commercial Due Diligence (CDD), Go-To-Market Strategy, M&A or Growth Strategy.
• Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills, with advanced Excel proficiency.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present clear, data-driven insights.

Compensation

$100,000 base salary + performance bonus
