Job summary

Qualifications

We are looking for a US based Managerwho can lead client engagements, develop consulting teams, and bridge the gapbetween business strategy and emerging technologies. The ideal candidate isequally comfortable in the boardroom and the development environment—able toguide executive conversations, lead consulting teams, and personally contributeto the design and development of AI-enabled solutions when needed. KeyResponsibilities

Requirements

Required Experience

• Bachelor'sdegree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics, InformationSystems, or a related field.
  
• 8+ years of experience in management consulting,strategy consulting, technology consulting, or a related professional servicesenvironment.
  
• Proven experience leading complex client engagementsand managing executive-level client relationships.
  
• Demonstrated experience managing and developingconsulting teams, including offshore or distributed delivery resources.
  
• Strong structured problem-solving, analytical thinking,executive communication, and presentation development skills.
  
• Ability to independently lead engagements, anticipateclient needs, and drive workstreams from problem definition throughimplementation.
