Job summary

Kepler Group is seeking a Manager, Strategy & Activation to lead key client relationships and execute integrated performance marketing and ABM strategies. Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in digital media planning, activation, performance marketing, and/or account-based marketing.
• Hands-on experience across Paid Social, Programmatic/Display, Paid Search, and digital campaign management platforms.
• Experience developing and executing B2B marketing strategies across account and audience targeting, segmentation, personalization, and multichannel activation.
• Strong understanding of performance KPIs, attribution methodologies, audience targeting, account targeting, and optimization strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic, cross-channel campaigns across Paid Social, Display, Search, Online Video, and ABM.
• Develop and execute integrated B2B and ABM strategies aligned to client objectives.
• Act as primary client contact, manage communications, and build strong relationships.
• Lead planning, activation, optimization, and reporting for performance and ABM programs.
