Job summary

Hippocratic AI Inc. is seeking a sharp Social Media and Communications Strategist to own the entire social stack. You will use AI Agents and best-in-class tech to craft content that resonates across LinkedIn, TikTok, and X, supporting CEO and executives.

You’ll build TikTok from the ground up, coordinate with marketing and design, and measure impact with a data-driven mindset in a fast-paced healthcare AI environment.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of professional social media and communications experience in a corporate environment, AI start‑up or marketing and communications agency.
• Native fluency in LinkedIn, TikTok, and X with strong writing chops and voice differentiation between CEO posts and brand posts.
• Bachelor's Degree Required.
• Comfort designing in Canva or Figma; produce graphics or templates without heavy design support.
• Familiar with Claude/OpenAI to build agents and content.

Responsibilities

• Build the right agent team to support cross-functional social media and deliver creative content.
• Own a unified content calendar across LinkedIn, TikTok, and X; plan around launches and moments.
• Support CEO and executive voice; manage cadence and engagement.
• Launch and grow TikTok from scratch with a content franchise.
• Manage LinkedIn and X; monitor and engage in real time.
• Source stories from sales, customer success, and clinical teams for content.
• Coordinate with influencers and external voices to amplify the story.
• Create on-brand content; design graphics, cut video, and ensure brand consistency.
• Support outbound comms; draft sales documents and light design.
• Measure performance and provide strategic recommendations.
