Job summary

MovePlan is seeking a Project Coordination professional to support workplace change and relocation projects across diverse clients. You’ll work with the project lead, taking ownership of defined workstreams and delivering client-ready outputs with increasing independence.

As you grow in the role, you’ll identify next steps, maintain momentum, and engage with clients, stakeholders, and vendors. This position offers hybrid work with on-site and occasional travel within and outside the region.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience supporting or coordinating projects or similar roles.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and project data accurately.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned responsibilities and defined workstreams through completion with accountability for quality.
• Support project plans, activities, schedules, and deliverables with momentum and minimal oversight.
• Coordinate activities across team members, stakeholders, and vendors within your remit.
